We read every application ourselves. We cast per project, so not every application is a match, and nobody is booked from the form alone.

Some shoots pay. Some are trade.
Paid shoots
Brand and client work. The rate is agreed in writing before the shoot.
Trade shoots
Unpaid shoots where you receive edited images from the day for your portfolio.
Either way, you will know the terms, what you receive, and how the images will be used before you say yes. You choose what you are open to when you apply, and nobody shoots without a signed model release.
